Types of PC production lines mainly include the following:
Standard ring 2+1 layout : Covering an area of about 80 mu, the plant building area is about 15,000 square meters, and the component yard area is 30,000-40,000 square meters. This layout includes 1 comprehensive automated production line, 1 fixed formwork production line and 1 steel bar production line, with a designed annual production capacity of 100,000 cubic meters.
Standard ring 3+1 layout : Covering an area of about 120 mu, the plant building area is 20,000 square meters, and the component yard area is 40,000-50,000 square meters. It includes 1 exterior wall panel automated production line, 1 interior wall and composite panel automated production line, 1 fixed formwork production line and 1 steel bar production line, with a designed annual production capacity of 200,000 cubic meters.
Double-skin wall ring 4+1 layout : Covering an area of about 150 mu, the plant building area is 25,000 square meters, and the component yard area is 50,000-60,000 square meters. It includes 1 double-skin wall automated production line, 1 exterior wall panel automated production line, 1 interior wall panel and composite panel automated production line, 1 fixed formwork production line and 1 steel bar production line, with a designed annual production capacity of 300,000 cubic meters.
Flexible ring 2+1 layout : It covers an area of about 50 mu, with a plant building area of 7,000 square meters and a component yard area of 10,000 square meters. It includes 1 comprehensive automated production line, 1 flexible automated production line and 1 steel bar production line, with a designed annual production capacity of 150,000 cubic meters.
Compact ring 2+1 layout : It covers an area of about 50 mu, with a plant building area of 7,000 square meters and a component yard area of 10,000 square meters. It includes 1 comprehensive automated production line, 1 fixed formwork production line and 1 steel bar production line, with a higher designed annual production capacity.
These layout types have their own characteristics and are suitable for different production needs and site conditions. For example, the standard ring 2+1 layout is suitable for large-scale production needs, while the flexible ring 2+1 layout is more suitable for flexible adaptation to a variety of production needs.
