Precision Guidance: The lane-dividing device achieves positioning accuracy of ±0.5mm, meeting the alignment requirements of special-shaped components such as hexagonal blocks.

Process Optimization: The whole process of precast components from demoulding to palletizing is fully automated without manual intervention, and the production line takt time is stably maintained at 45 seconds per tray (for hexagonal blocks).

AGV Collaboration: Positioning data is synchronously transmitted to the WMS system in real time, guiding AGVs to dynamically adjust transportation priorities.
