This area integrates 180°rotary flip machine and vibration demolding unit.
Flip Machine Workflow
Step 1: Post-curing trays are conveyed to the rotary flip machine.
Step 2: A through-beam photoelectric sensor detects tray positioning.
Step 3: Pneumatic clamps secure the tray, followed by a 180° rotation via servo-driven motors.
Step 4: The flipped tray exits via a powered roller conveyor.
Dual-Motor Design: Enables continuous processing-no resetting required between cycles, boosting throughput by 25%.
Demolding Process
Step 1: Inverted trays (face-down orientation) enter the vibration demolder.
Step 2: Sensors trigger pneumatic clamping and VFD-controlled vibration (5–100 Hz adjustable) to dislodge components from molds.
Step 3: Dust extraction system captures and filters 98% of particulates generated during demolding.
