Automatic material distribution and rapid prototyping: Through the automated control system, the precast component production line can achieve automatic material distribution and rapid prototyping. For example, the production line adopts a mechanized construction method, centralized prefabrication, and is equipped with steel formwork and plastic formwork. With the help of vibration technology, precast components can be formed in just 10 seconds, which is 4 to 6 times more efficient than the traditional manual mode.
Efficient maintenance: The production line is equipped with a steam curing kiln, which accelerates the hardening of concrete by controlling the temperature and humidity (60-80℃), and can reach more than 70% of the design strength in 8-12 hours. Natural maintenance is suitable for small production lines, but the cycle is longer.
Automatic demoulding and surface treatment: The production line is equipped with a hydraulic demoulding machine or a gantry crane to achieve automatic demoulding. Some components require surface treatment, such as spraying waterproof layer, finishing layer, etc.
Smart warehousing: The production line is equipped with a smart warehousing system (such as AGV carts and three-dimensional shelves) to improve logistics efficiency and ensure efficient and orderly storage and transportation of prefabricated components.
