Fully-Automatic Production Line For Precast Concrete Jersey Style Safety Barriers

Recently, the fully automatic prefabricated concrete New Jersey barrier production line, specially developed and built by our company for Wuhan Communication Investment Group, has completed installation and debugging, and officially commenced large-scale production. The successful deployment of this production line marks a solid step towards intelligent and efficient manufacturing of highway prefabricated components, and will strongly support the smooth progress of the Wuhuang Expressway expansion and upgrade project.

This newly operational fully automatic production line integrates efficiency, innovation, and environmental friendliness, with prominent core technological highlights. The line is equipped with 45 patented molds possessing independent intellectual property rights, representing a major process innovation that significantly enhances production efficiency. Each production cycle can simultaneously form 45 large New Jersey barriers, with each unit measuring 3 meters in length, 1.2 meters in height, and weighing approximately 1000kg. The production cycle is compact, requiring only 4.5 to 5 hours per cycle, achieving a daily output of up to 135 high-quality finished products, demonstrating a remarkable increase in production efficiency.

Particularly notable is that the entire highly automated production process runs smoothly with only 3 to 5 operators, greatly reducing labor intensity and dependence on manpower, embodying the intelligent manufacturing concept of "machines replacing human labor." Its environmentally friendly design is integrated throughout the production process, aligning with the requirements of green construction.

The barriers produced by this line will be directly applied to the Wuhuang Expressway expansion and upgrade project, which spans 37.4 kilometers. Its stable, high-volume supply capability lays a solid foundation for improving the quality and accelerating the pace of this critical transportation infrastructure project.
