Working Principle Of PC Production Line

The working principle of PC production line mainly includes the following core links and systems:

Mold system: The mold system is responsible for carrying the component mold and conveying it in the assembly line. Depending on the type and demand of the component, the mold can be a fixed mold table (suitable for large components) or a circulating assembly line mold table (automatic flow through tracks or rollers). The mold surface needs to be flat and wear-resistant to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the component.

‌Material distribution system: The concrete distributor pours the concrete into the mold evenly, supporting precise control of thickness and dosage. The vibrator is used to remove concrete bubbles and ensure density. The coordinated work of the material distribution system and the vibrator ensures the quality of the component.

‌Curating system: The curing kiln or curing room accelerates the strength growth of concrete through steam, temperature control or humidity control, and the curing cycle is usually 8-12 hours. The temperature control range is 50-80℃ (steam curing), which is adjusted according to the concrete mix ratio.

‌Demolding and flipping system‌: The demoulding machine separates the component from the mold through hydraulic or mechanical devices. The flipping machine is used to flip the wall panels and other components 90° or 180° for subsequent processing.

‌Rebar processing and embedded system‌: The automated steel mesh welding machine makes the steel skeleton or mesh, and the embedded parts are positioned by manipulators or positioning tools to accurately install pipelines, connectors, etc. ‌.

‌Surface treatment equipment‌: The trowel machine smoothes the surface of the component, and the roughening machine increases the surface roughness to facilitate the later combination with cast-in-place concrete. ‌

‌Intelligent control system‌: The central control room integrates PLC or Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) system to monitor the production process, equipment status and process parameters to ensure the intelligence and efficiency of the production process.
