The working process of the Precast Concrete Production Equipment
Mold treatment
Clean the mold to remove residues and other debris, then assemble the mold and apply the release agent evenly.
Steel bar processing and installation
Process the steel bars by straightening, cutting, bending, etc., and put the made steel bar skeleton into the mold. At the same time, install the embedded parts.
Concrete preparation and pouring

Curing
